3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
• One account per person; automated account creation is prohibited.

4. Business Listings

Claiming a listing

• Only authorized representatives of a business may claim its listing.
• Each account may claim one venue at a time.
• All claims are subject to manual verification by our team.
• We reserve the right to reject or revoke claims at our discretion.

Listing accuracy

• Business owners are responsible for keeping their listing information accurate and up to date.
• Kelva reserves the right to edit or remove listings that contain misleading, false, or inappropriate content.

5. User-Submitted Content

By submitting content to Kelva (including edit suggestions, venue submissions, photos, and feature requests), you:

• Grant Kelva a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the content in connection with the Service.
• Represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
• Acknowledge that submitted content may be reviewed, edited, or removed at our discretion.

6. Photo Submissions

• You must own or have permission to use any photos you upload.
• Photos must accurately represent the venue.
• We reserve the right to remove photos that violate these terms or our content guidelines.
• By uploading photos, you grant Kelva the right to display, resize, and optimize them for our platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Claim a business you are not authorized to represent
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the platform beyond what is permitted
• Attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

8. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate venue information, Kelva does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing data. Venue hours, pricing, services, and availability may change without notice. We recommend contacting venues directly to confirm details before visiting.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kelva is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kelva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Intellectual Property

The Kelva name, logo, and design system are the property of Kelva. You may not use our branding without prior written permission. Venue data contributed by business owners remains their intellectual property, with Kelva granted a license to display it on the platform.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located in the applicable jurisdiction.
