Warm cedar sauna interior with steam rising from the heater

You just want a good place to sweat.
We know the feeling.

If you're anything like us, recovery isn't optional. You know what works for you after a rough week or a hard session: twenty minutes in a hot cedar sauna, a cold plunge that resets your whole nervous system, maybe an hour floating in silence.

The problem was never motivation. It was finding the actual place.

Before we built Kelva, "finding a sauna" meant scrolling through blurry Yelp photos trying to figure out if that gym actually had a steam room. It meant calling front desks that didn't pick up. Or driving to a spa and learning they need a 12-month contract before you can touch the cold plunge.

Finding a place to recharge shouldn't be harder than the workout itself. We got frustrated, so we made the thing we wanted.

Built by people who actually use these places.

Kelva didn't come out of a boardroom. We're a small team that genuinely spends time in saunas, cold tubs, and float tanks. We care about the communities around longevity and whole-body health because we're part of them.

We don't think recovery should be gatekept or buried in search results. Our goal was simple from the start: make it dead easy for anyone to find a sauna near them.

We tell you what equipment a place has, what it costs, and how to walk in. No gatekeeping. No subscription walls. Just a clear guide to physical spaces that help you feel better.

Championing the studios.

This isn't only for people searching. We built it for the owners too.

Behind every independent bathhouse and neighborhood recovery studio is someone who put real money and real sweat into creating a space for their community. These are the places that actually make cities healthier.

Big search engines tend to push these studios down the page, below chain gyms with bigger ad budgets. We built Kelva to fix that. We want to connect you directly with the local operators who care about your recovery as much as you do.

Starting with heat and cold. Going further.

We started with saunas and cold plunge because that's what we know best.

But recovery goes beyond temperature. As our own routines grow, so does the directory. We're actively adding float therapy, red light rooms, IV drips, hyperbaric chambers, and more.

The spaces exist. The communities are growing. We just made the map.

Welcome to Kelva. Let's find your spot.
